It’s been confirmed folks, that’s a nipple. After spending multiple hours in the celeb dirt lab, I’ve come to the conclusion that this is definitely a Hayden Panettiere nip slip picture. The paparazzi just seem to be at the right places at the right times. Hayden has been showing a lot of skin for such a young celebrity. A few more scandals and she’ll join the ranks of Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan…I could go on and on, you get the point.
